This is the Lyanna, a totally new knee-high boot with a full-length zipper up the back of the calf. It’s got the same durable ass-kicking aggressive style as the original Dr. Martens boots; we just added some xx chromosomes to the DNA. Extra height and goth street cred come in the form of a chunky, edgy heel. And that’s balanced out by a sleek, easy-on-and-off design. There’s no other way to say it: this is a sexy boot. The Lyanna has all the classic Doc DNA, like yellow stitching, grooved sides, and heel loop. It’s constructed on our iconic air-cushioned sole, that's oil-and-fat resistant with good abrasion and slip resistance—and has been since 1960. It’s made with Polished Buttero, a full-grain, smooth leather with a satin gloss and a luxurious supple feel. Heel height is 3 3/4 inches and platform is 1 inch.
